At Pink Petal Boutique we strive to meet the needs of the customer. However, for all safety needs due to COVID19 we are not accepting returns or exchanges.

Once we resume accepting exchanges they will only be provided under unique circumstances. For example, a defect in the merchandise. Notification must be provided to The Pink Petal Boutique via email within 2 business days after receipt at camille@pinkpetalboutique.com. Customers requesting exchange must ensure there are no visible signs of the item being worn.

Pink Petal Boutique has the right upon inspection not to accept an exchange.
